Woo-Hoo!

I sold one of my little sign/painting thingys! A week or so ago I thought I'd pull out the guitar and play around with some songwriting so I pulled out my book of lyrics. I also have a lot of poems in there. After going through it I realized there was some pretty good stuff, at least I think it's pretty good. So I thought I would find a way to combine paintings and poetry. I came up with these little signs with abstract like images on them. I typically shy away from minimalism and abstract, but I like them. The sign that sold says:
My own warped thoughts and particular opinions
are all shaped by my outrageous experiences
and out of all those instances only one is so clear
the time I spent alone with you.
